THE BAO ring
This piece is a gift to celebrate the birth of their son. Each of the three interlocked rings represents a milestone for their family. The first ring is inspired by the Aquatic Park in San Francisco, where this couple met. On the inside are their names, carved in his handwriting. The second ring is inspired by their wedding at City Hall, with their wedding date carved on the inside (also in his handwriting). The third ring is for their son, and features a red garnet set on the outside for his birthday. On the inside is his nickname “Bao”, his birthday “January 25th 2018” and the image of Benedict the Bunny, one of his favorite toys.
